The African Development Bank (hereafter referred to as "The Bank") wishes to invite technical and financial proposals from experienced companies for the provision of cleaning services. 2. The site visit followed by the pre-bid conference will take place on Wednesday, March 1st, 2023, at 11:00 am CLT. 4.
