Bidders is free to bid for one or more lots, noting the below provision indicated in the ITB: UNOPS reserves the right to cancel and/or award one or more lots based on the budget availability and priority. In case of award of 2 lots to the same bidder, UNOPS amy require additional information to confirm its operational capacity to deliver within the timeframe. Vendors will be solely responsible for clearing legal barriers and customs for transport to Egypt. All bids must be detailed and inclusive of all costs, delivery, installation, and commissioning, along with a financial breakdown.
