Time& Rate of delivery:The supply is made in two equal batches. - The first batch (600 wheels) within 6 months from the date of opening the Letter of credit (L/C). - The second batch (600 wheels) within 6 months from the date of delivery of the first shipment. Warranty: Supplier shall guarantee the wheels for 5 years according to the attached specification. The supplier will replace any faulty wheels free of charge to ERMAS stores with full ne Country of Origin: North America, South America, or Europe. the supplier is obligated to provide a copy of the certificate of origin upon supply, the certificate must be accredited from the Egyptian customs authority which states that the incoming supplies are original / manufactured according to OEM specification (original manufacturer), and a Euro one document is required with the supply of the European union. Payment: Will be effective through L/C. Provisional deposit: $15000 (fifteen Inspection: * To be carried out abroad by one inspector for each shipment.
